Hello Gearheads. Spring is just around the corner. We promise!
Although we haven’t been all that visible lately that’s because we have been hard at work recording our 3rd BigMotorGasoline album, tentatively titled Devil At Your Door. We’re excited to get it out to you very soon. Stay tuned. In the meantime, we’re still going strong on internet radio and recently passed 200 radio stations that we have been played on. Thanks to all who tune in to these great stations that promote indie rock.
Locally, we presently have been nominated in two categories for the PetRock Radio 2022 New Music Awards. Rock album of the year for The Way Things Used To Be and Rock single of the year for Whiskey Down. You can vote for us here.
Nationally, we were recently nominated as a finalist for the 4th Annual Canadian Independent Video Awards for our video Whiskey Down. Unfortunately, we didn’t win that one but felt honoured and proud to be included along with many awesome Canadian artists.
We’ve been busy putting together shows for the summer of 2022 now that covid restrictions are being lifted. Let’s rock on together this year!
