For a change, let’s not look forward but look back. April was highlighted by the band’s live stream performance on April 26th from the Empire Theatre in Belleville, Ontario. The 30 minute performance was well received from our supporters and garnered a few new friends as well. Welcome to the jungle of BigMotorGasoline! It will never be a substitute for live performances but it was definitely enjoyable to be on a stage again. Kudos again go out to Mark Rashotte and his great crew in promoting unheard talent in hard times. You can still watch replays of the show right here.
Looking forward…May does not hold a lot of hope. As we sit in our houses because of an Ontario wide stay at home order until May 20, we are all going a bit stir crazy not being able to live normally. We hate the term “The new normal”! With May 20th being the day before the long weekend in Canada, feelings are pretty strong that the lockdown will probably be extended into June. FFS.
